SUBSTANCE: training device for development and strengthening of muscles "Sputnik 3" enhances opportunities of effective training outside the objects of sports infrastructure. Its design which is completely placed on the human body and does not interfere in the natural motor activity, provides certainty, purposeful nature, variability and differentiation of the load on the torso muscles. The process of improvement of physical qualities using the simulator "Sputnik 3" had the opportunity to interplace organically into the daily motor activity, without requiring concentration of primary focus on work with it.

EFFECT: providing either selective or integrated easily differentiable load on the muscles of pelvis and torso due to the elastic force of the force element fixed on the back of the trainee, which deformation is caused while performing the natural physiological functions of the said muscle groups.
