FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device for closure of die mould intended for manufacturing of items by blowing, comprises bearing structure, two half-moulds installed with the possibility of displacement and forming in process of their connection at least one moulding cavity, device of half-moulds displacement and device for retention of half-moulds in joined position, arranged in the form of electromagnets. Bearing structure is arranged in the form of rigid spatial frame having configuration of parallelepiped, at lower beams of which there are two parallel profile guides fixed. Device for displacement of half-moulds is arranged in the form of two carriages joined to each other at least by one pneumatic cylinder. Each of carriages consists of two plates fixed to each other by means of rods. One of plates of each carriage is installed inside another carriage. All plates of both carriages are parallel to each other and are equipped with profile rollers that contact with profile guides of bearing structure. On inner parts of both plates installed inside carriages there are die mould half-moulds attached. On side parts of bearing structure there are electromagnets installed, cores of which may interact with anchors, functions of which are executed either by outer plates of carriages or steel plates fixed on outer plates of these carriages.

EFFECT: creation of autonomous quick-detachable device of closure with high reliability of die mould half-moulds retention in closed condition, with practical elimination of die mould half moulds collision probability due to minimisation of mass-inertial parametres of elements in structures of half-moulds fixation and motion, and possibility for installation of at least one low-capacity drive controlling these motions.
