FIELD: treatment of liquids by magnetic field together with other factors; farming; medicine; veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is made in form of funnel with permanent magnetic field sources secured on outer surface of cone- shaped part; devices for securing solid, loose and liquid agents are also arranged here. Permanent magnetic field sources are arranged in tiers. Each tier has two and more pairs of permanent magnetic field sources. Poles of opposite permanent magnetic field sources have similar polarity and axes of each pair are mutually perpendicular. Fastenings are located between permanent magnetic field sources. Proposed device ensures repeated action of magnetic field on dipoles of water molecules and transmission of information on agents secured on device. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 dwg
