FIELD: oil extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling a force-pump well, pumping a heat carrier into the layer, and extracting product from the layer. First optimal size of extracted element is determined, in the center of which central extracting well is bored. Force-pump wells are located at the distance of 10m from central well and at 180 degrees from each other. Directional heat stream is created in extracting well and in draining well with a pit-face below bituminous layer. Draining well is located near the central extracting well and equipped with submersible pump. Then layer water is pumped out through draining well. Layer is drained. Number of draining wells is increased depending on piezoconductivity of bituminous sandstones. Through force-pump well steam-gas is supplied. Layer is heated up to normal bitumen viscosity and then bitumen is extracted through extracting well. After extraction of 1/3 bitumen value water draining is stopped. Bitumen extraction is continued, effect of internal flooding is created and after cooling down of lower portion of layer the process is repeated. EFFECT: effective bitumen extraction. 4 cl, 3 dwg
