FIELD: oil extractive industry, in particular, methods for extracting heavy oil and natural bitumen, possible use during extraction of highly viscous oil and bitumen containing subjacent water pool, with thermal stimulation of bed.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, force well is drilled. Thermal and collector properties of reservoirs opened by drilling are researched. Bitumen reservoir is heated by heat carrier and bitumen is extracted via product wells. Research of collector and thermal properties of reservoirs opened by drilling is performed across whole cut of force well. Zones are selected, confined in bituminous and water-saturated depths. Perforation of zones confined in bituminous depth and below water-bitumen contact is performed with consideration of required speed of forcing of heat carrier into water-saturated zone. Two lines of tubing pipes equipped with packers are lowered into force wells. Packers are mounted between perforation zone and above bituminous depth zone. Forcing of heat-isolating compound into water-saturated zone is performed as well as heating of bituminous depth. Forcing of heat-isolating compound and heat carrier is performed simultaneously. Forcing of heat-isolating compound is performed via first line of tubing pipes, lowered down to lower perforation interval, and forcing of heat carrier - via second one. Second line of tubing pipes is lowered down to perforation interval of water-bitumen contact.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of oil recovery of bitumen reservoir due to decreased heat losses during extraction of reservoirs of highly viscous oils and bitumen, containing subjacent water pool, during thermal stimulation of bitumen reservoir; decreased material and energy costs, simplification and accessibility during realization.
