FIELD: signal lights in aviation, railway, automobile and river transport. SUBSTANCE: light-emitting diode light has body, translucent protective or lens element, light- emitting diodes, light-emitting diode holder implemented in the form of joint assembly of regular hollow prisms, regular hollow truncated pyramids and similar pyramids turned through 180 deg. They have axial line and crossing points of ribs close to one base of each element of assembly as minimum are arranged in space on part of imaginary surface of second order forming geometrical bodies selected from group: ellipsoid of revolution, hyperboloid of one sheet, barrel with generating line in the form of arc of parabola and/or arc of circumference or simultaneously on part of two, three or more bodies mentioned above as well as cylinder or sphere. Axial line of assembly can be inclined towards horizontal plane at some angle from 0 to 90 deg. Surface of polyhedron not occupied by light-emitting diodes can be provided with holes for heat exchange between internal and external spaces. Light-emitting diode holder is manufactured in the form of set of round shaped metal strips or shells bent along lateral lines which ends are so fixed on bases of outlet hollow polyhedron that they form joint assembly of regular hollow prisms and regular truncated pyramids.
