FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: complex system has fermentation vessel with light-transmitting roof, air heating device positioned in fermentation vessel, grab, charging device and vehicles. Slurry collector is positioned outside fermentation vessel, and longitudinal central aerating and slurry discharge channel are made in fermentation vessel bottom. Slurry discharge channel is extending in inclined position with respect to slurry collector and is provided at its outlet end with lock gate. Slurry discharge channel is separated from fermentation vessel with air and liquid-permeable cover. Air heating device has fan, air intake positioned under light-transmitting roof and communicated with fan suction branch pipe, and slurry discharge channel whose inlet end is connected via air discharge pipe to fan delivery pipe. Light-transmitting roof is formed from folding-back sections provided with air excessive moisture condensers, condensate collectors and balancing and fixing devices. Grab and charging device are mounted on separate mobile platforms positioned outside fermentation vessel. Charging device is equipped with vessel for accumulating compost mixture components, which has coarse inclusions separator, grinding-mixing and transporting rotors and telescopic discharge conveyor. Complex system of such construction provides intensified reprocessing of manure, bird dung and other organic wastes for producing compost under large-scale production conditions.
