FILLING MACHINE WITH CLOSURE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2226057 C2

FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, equipment for filing of sausage casings and other vessels. SUBSTANCE: machine for charging of filler into sleeved package material has filling tube 1, from which sleeved package material is drawn against friction force of braking ring 3 (brake for tubular package material) embracing filling tube 1. Closing device 20 is arranged downward of filling tube 1 in the course of product flow and is equipped with members, which narrow package material in radial direction. Braking ring body is connected to coaxially arranged safety ring 7 for movement in conjunction with it axially of filling tube 1 so that safety ring 7 is lying in working planes of members of closing device 20, when braking ring 3 leaves filling tube 1. Such construction allows filling machine to be readily furnished with novel packaging material by simply providing axial movement of braking ring body in conjunction with safety ring. EFFECT: simplified furnishing of machine with novel packaging material and increased efficiency. 5 cl, 3 dwg
