SUBSTANCE: device contains a filling tube for delivery of fluid filling material into the packing casing and an installation unit for the filling tube mounting on the clipper. The packing casing is positioned on the filling tube as a consumable. The filling tube may fill relative to the installation unit, at least between the production position and the replacement position. When assembled, the filling tube additionally contains a casing arrester unit, the casing arrester holder and the casing arrester detachably connected to the casing arrester holder. The casing arrester may move between the arresting position and the disengagement position through rotary and translatory motion. In the disengagement position, the casing arrester is turned away from the filling tube so that an unfilled packing casing may be loaded onto the filling tube.

EFFECT: invention ensures simple and quick replacement of the packing casing or of the filling tube and the casing arrester.
