METHOD FOR PREDICTING ALTERATIONS IN FUNCTIONAL STATE OF HUMAN BODY Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2226067 C2

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with instrumental techniques of medicinal trials. One should register temporal sequence of characteristic points of periodical signals of body functional activity to calculate the value of signal's information entropy and its current velocity. By these values one should detect correlation dimensions of their alteration. Moreover, the quantity of detectable signal periods should not be less than the threshold for correlation dimensions convergence. By the value of correlation dimensions one should fix conditional initial index of resistance and register current index of resistance for the number of periods at the shift for 1, moreover, registration of current index of resistance is carried out at appearance of every following signal period. Then one should detect the difference between the current and conditional initial indices of resistance. One should calculated dynamic trend for the difference of the current and conditional indices during the period of trial conducted and according to its decreased value it is possible to predict deterioration of body state, and by its increased value improved body state could be predicted. The present innovation enables to perform express prediction in alteration of general body state at high reliability and accuracy. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction. 8 dwg
