Endogenous intoxication syndrome index EISI from formula EISI=(MLMMSerythrocytes + MLMMSplasma)/ MLMMSurine, where MLMMSerythrocytes is the total middle and low molecular weight substances mass in erythrocytes, MLMMSplasma is the total middle and low molecular weight substances mass in plasma, MLMMSurine is the total middle and low molecular weight substances mass in urine. EISI value being greater than 4.5, unfavorable disease development course is to be predicted.
