FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining middle and low molecular weight substances concentration in plasma, erythrocytes and urine daily beginning from the first days in the postoperative period. Endogenous intoxication syndrome index EISI from formula EISI=(MLMMSerythrocytes + MLMMSplasma)/ MLMMSurine, where MLMMSerythrocytes is the total middle and low molecular weight substances mass in erythrocytes, MLMMSplasma is the total middle and low molecular weight substances mass in plasma, MLMMSurine is the total middle and low molecular weight substances mass in urine. EISI value being greater than 4.5, unfavorable disease development course is to be predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of early stage prognosis.
