FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Registration method consists in the following: sensor, containing a sensitive element with applied on it sorption layer is installed in the zone of measurements; as the sensitive element used is substance, capable of reverse sorption and desorption of the environment substances; periodical pulse cyclic impacts are performed on the sensitive element with applied on it sorption layer in the process of measurement in order to force change in its thermodynamic parameters, with alternation of sensor thermodynamic parameters and local temperature of sensor surface with specified frequency; change of electric voltage on it is registered; obtained data are used to determine coefficient, which characterises alternation of energy index of living organism. Device for registration consists of holder, fixed on it sensor, which in its turn contains sensitive element with working surface preliminarily processed by glow discharge in vacuum and applied on it sorption layer, connected to sensor converter for transferring sensor signals into measurable change of electric voltage, register, energy source and connected to it generator of periodical pulse signals, which serve to force impact and alternation of sensor thermodynamic parameters. In part of method of manufacturing sensor sensitive element in order to give working surface of sensitive element adhesive properties it is preliminarily processed by glow discharge in vacuum, after which sensitive element is placed into colloidal solution of substances, forming sorption layer, then precipitation is performed, for instance, by centrifugation, to create sorption layer, after that, thermal processing of sensitive element is carried out with application of sorption layer on it to fix the latter on working surface of sensitive element, after which control of thickness and quality of obtained sorption layer is performed by methods of optic and electronic microscopy. In part of the second version of method of manufacturing sensor sensitive element in order to give working surface of sensitive element adhesive properties it is preliminarily processed by glow discharge in vacuum, after which layer of gel-like substances which form sorption layer is applied, after that quick polymerisation in vapours of acids is carried out with further drying, after which control of thickness and quality of obtained sorption layer is performed by methods of optic and electronic microscopy.
EFFECT: group of infections makes it possible to predict changes of general state of biological object.
