SUBSTANCE: temporary delays in system are caused by finite quick-action of calculator and operation of filters compensating errors at data measuring. System includes adder, first and second regulators, low frequency filter, controlled object, unit for present identification, unit for prior information related to matrix of efficiency of object controlling; unit for tuning regulators; unit for preliminarily processing data; unit for predicting state vector. EFFECT: possibility for realizing preset quality of control in closed system at temporary delays of state vector and identified evaluations of parameters of mathematical model, enlarged using range of adaptive system. 9 dwg
