FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing transplant. A transplant end is anastomosed with uterine cervix or vagina residue and vulva mucosa after having it demyoserosed. Transplant bed is produced with pubic articulation being cut. Vascular pedicle transplant is brought down to rectovesicular space. Vulva mucous membrane is cut. Transplant end is brought outside of the urogenital cleft. Mucous flaps are fixed on transplant surface. Neovagina lumen is drained with silicon tube. Vulva mucous membrane flaps are separated 14-21 day later. The vulva mucous membrane flaps are sutured to transplant mucous membrane after having the transplant demyoserosed.
