METHOD OF VAGINA PLASTIC SURGERY WITH PENILE SKIN-SPONGIOUS FLAP IN SEX CORRECTION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology and andrology, can be used in male genital surgery in feminisation sex change. Vagina plastic surgery is performed with penile skin-spongious flap. Realising surgical access, midline section of scrotum for length of bulbar part of cavernous body is performed. In region of projection of perineum tendon centre section is prolonged to the left and to the right to lin.biischiadica to points, being symmetrically distant from perineum midline, with formation of V-shaped flap. Cavernous bodies and perineum organs are removed. From inverted penile skin flap is formed with spongious balanus body on neurovascular fascicle. Neurovascular fascicle from dorsal surface of cavernous bodies is mobilised preserving septal connections with subcutaneous fat and skin. Flap is implanted into formed canal between rectum and urinary bladder placing spongious balanus body in position of uterus neck. Wound edges are joined, matching wound angle on skin-spongious flap with apex of V-shaped flap.

EFFECT: method allows to regulate diametre of vestibule, volume and depth of neovagina, including cases with small-size penises, improve trophism and sensitivity of artificial uterus neck; ensures full-fledged sexual rehabilitation.
