Abstract RU 2802504 C1

FIELD: medicine; operative urogynecology.

SUBSTANCE: after emptying the hematocolpos and forming a vaginal canal with a diameter of up to 0.9–1.0 cm, a two-way urethral Foley catheter N20 is installed in its lumen, equipped at its end with an inflatable holding balloon, and at the exit with a drainage port through which the following medications are administered: antiseptic — chlorhexidine solution 0.025% 3 times a day for 10 days, regenerating ointment with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action — levomekol 2 times a day for 10 days, estrogen-containing ointment — folliculin 1 ampoule 10,000 IU per 30 ml of vaseline oil 1 time a day for 10 days. An enzyme preparation with antifibrotic properties — lyophilizate Bovhyaluronidaze azoximer 3,000 ME for 20 days with an interval of 3 days. Moreover, the catheters are replaced sequentially with N 22, 24, 26 with a frequency of every 10–14 days, for 3–4 months, under control, until the wound is completely regenerated.

EFFECT: method leads to a rapid recovery of the patient due to the preservation of postoperative wound granulations and the creation of a safe anti-adhesion barrier that does not cause inflammatory, immune reactions; held in place without any seams; remains active in the presence of body fluids; completely absorbed; does not disrupt the healing process creating a temporary barrier between damaged tissues, ensuring the separation of surfaces.
