For programming concrete time/day to obtain mature ovicell and carry out fertilization one should conduct ovarian stimulation after introducing either progestogen or combined contraceptive preparations in follicular or late luteal phase of previous menstrual cycle, or introducing LHRH antagonist in luteal phase. Then comes ovarian stimulation due to the known technique (gonadotropins, antiestrogens) by suppressing premature ovulation with LHRH antagonist. Further ovulatory induction should be carried out with human chorionic gonadotropin , and, also, LHRH or its antagonist or recombinant luteinizing hormone.
