FIELD: devices for screwing nuts on and off. SUBSTANCE: impact wrench includes reduction gear, spindle, handle, clutch, strut mounted in housing of reduction gear and changeable nozzles. Reduction gear is double-stage one. Outlet shaft of reduction gear has hexahedral end head and it serves as spindle. Clutch is in the form of separate cam mechanism. Strut is secured by its lower end to housing of reduction gear coaxially relative to inlet shaft of reduction gear. Inlet shaft of reduction gear is mounted inside strut in rolling bearing assemblies and it has driving pinion in one end and handle on other end. Hinged support is mounted on housing of reduction gear; said support has member for fixing it in its upper position. Above mentioned changeable nozzles designed for introducing inside spindle are fixed by means of latch. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of nut wrench. 5 dwg
