SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for motorisation of activities in rail way track facilities and may be used for assembling rail track skeleton with reinforced concrete pales by fixing elements using screws. The device includes screw drivers mounted on the portal frame. Each screw driver is provided with a socket wrench being installed on a spindle so that it can move along this spindle by power cylinder including housing. There are recesses on the end surfaces evenly distributed around circle. Cylindrical rollers are installed in the above recesses so that they can interact with pushers. The tapered catcher is also available on the end surface. In addition, each screw driver is provided with spring-loaded bushing catcher adjacent to tapered catcher along its outer surface and installed so that can move vertically. Tapered boring is made in the lower part and on the inner surface of bushing catcher. Lesser diametre of bushing catcher is equal to the outer diametre of tapered catcher. Conjugated surfaces of tapered catcher and bearing catcher are tapered.
