FIELD: electrochemical industry, in particular, electrolytic equipment for preparing of alkaline and acidic water used for individual therapeutic and domestic purposes. SUBSTANCE: activator has case-cathode activation chamber made in the form of vessel with cover anode activation chamber arranged in case and equipped with perforated wall and ion-permeable diaphragm. Electrodes - anode and cathode are arranged in respective chambers and attached to cover incorporating dc source connected to electrodes. Ion-permeable diaphragm in anode activation chamber is made in the form of packet composed of two sequentially arranged perforated plates and pressed to perforated wall of anode activation chamber. First perforated plate is enclosed in coil of hydrophilic ion-permeable material, such as filtering paper. EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to elimination of formation of suspensions of insoluble substances produced from water soluble contaminants during water activation, and provision for controlling of activator capacity. 1 dwg
