FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; agriculture; devices for electrical activation of the water.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for electrical activation of the water, in particular, to the electrical activator of the water, which may be used for production of the acidic (anolyte) and the alkaline (catholyte) water with various metrics for application in the different branches of industry and agriculture. The electrical activator contains the body being the cathode, the dielectric cover and the ion-permeable membrane dividing the body into the anode chamber and the cathode chamber. Inside the anode chamber there is the floating cylindrical anode with the floater. In the upper and the lower parts of the cylindrical body on its sides there are the fitting pipes with locking components accordingly for water delivery into the anode chamber and the cathode chamber and for discharge of the water from these chambers. On the water discharge fitting pipes there are the fixed piezometers capable to control the level of the water in the anode and cathode chambers. The cover is supplied with the guiding bush, which has been made with the possibility to prevent the cylindrical anode switching-off. At that the membrane is consolidated on the cover, and on the cylindrical anode and on the body the contact terminals are mounted. The technical result of the invention is the increased productivity of the electrical activator of the water, the decreased metal consumption and stabilization of the production process at variation the water level in the anode and cathode chambers, adjustment of the degree of the electrical activation of the water, realization of the control over the water level variations in the activation chambers at the flow-running and periodical operation modes of the activator.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased productivity of the electrical activator of the water, the decreased metal consumption, stabilization of the production process at the water level variations in the anode and cathode chambers, regulation of the degree of the electrical activation of the water, realization of the control over the water level in the activation chambers at the flow-running and periodical operation modes of the activator.
