FIELD: change of physico-chemical properties. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the purpose-directed change of liquids physicochemical properties of a polar and non-polar nature in production processes with liquid objects. A liquid positioned in a dielectric container, under bottom of which one of electrodes is located, is insulated by an dielectric partition (a cover) from an electric contact with other electrode located over the dielectric partition. At that a material in a solid disperse state is introduced in the electrotrated liquid. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of a liquid electrotreatment.
