FIELD: electric treatment technology. SUBSTANCE: gear has body made of insulation material composed of two halves, it houses upper and lower electrodes fabricated from current-conducting material. Intermediate electrode having through hole in its central part is placed between mentioned above electrodes. Upper and lower electrodes have holes for feed and discharge of treated product from chamber. High- voltage terminal of high-voltage pulse generator is connected to intermediate electrode, grounded terminal of generator is connected to lower and upper electrodes. Liquid product is injected into chamber through holes in lower electrode, then goes through hole in intermediate electrode into space between intermediate and upper electrodes and through holes in upper electrode is brought out of chamber. High-voltage pulses are fed from generator to intermediate, upper and lower electrodes simultaneously with supply of product into chamber. These pulses are converted to pulses of electrical field of high intensity and current which act on product treated electrically. EFFECT: high efficiency and high productivity of electric treatment of products. 1 dwg
