FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of uranium-containing raw material and can be used in recovery of metals from ores using heap and underground leaching techniques. Recovery of uranium comprises percolation leaching of uranium to give product solutions, which are used to sprinkle ore and then are treated for sorption uranium therefrom. Mother solutions obtained from sorption are made more concentrated by adding consumable reagent and then used in uranium etching operation. Product solutions and additionally concentrated solutions are poured on ore simultaneously. Volume ratio of productive solutions used for sprinkling ore to those used for uranium sorption is maintained equal to (0.1-0.9):1.1.
