FIELD: extraction of metals from ores; processing uranium ores. SUBSTANCE: processing of ore includes agitation leaching of rich raw material and sorption of uranium from pulps, removal of pulp and washing-out saturated ionite. Then, desorption of uranium is performed followed by washing-out desorbed ionite to remove excessive acidity, introduction of desorbed ionite for sorption of uranium, acid percolation leaching of uranium from lean raw material , sorption of uranium from solutions, desorption of uranium from ionite saturated from solutions, extraction of uranium from eluates obtained during its desorption from ionites saturated from pulps and solutions, re-extraction of uranium and dehydration of sediment. Water used for washing-out ionite for removal of excessive acidity is later used for sprinkling the ore subjected to percolation leaching; solutions of percolation leaching of uranium or sorption mother liquors are fed for washing-out ionite from pulp.
