FIELD: hydraulic building, particularly dam building of onsite materials in inclement environment or dam head reconstruction. SUBSTANCE: dam comprises concrete wall formed in non-heaving dam head. Lover wall end is embedded into upper part of antifiltering member formed of binder soil. Upper wall end is located above maximal water level before dam. Concrete wall has spaced electrodes. The first electrode ends are arranged into wall, the second electrode ends are distributed via conductors by electric power source phases. Wall concrete (clay-cement concrete) includes current-conducting material in amount providing a match with the following requirement: ρc<ρs, whereρc is specific electrical resistance of wall concrete, ρs is specific electric resistance of soil adjoining wall. EFFECT: increased dam operational reliability in inclement environment due to prevention of soil freezing in upper antifiltering member part. 2 dwg
