FIELD: propulsion engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has piston head and crank head, said heads connected with a rod made in form of rod with piston and cylinder, which form under-rod capacitance filled with liquid. Device is also equipped with check valve, made of limiting valve, spring and adjusting screw. Check valve is mounted in feeding passage. Device also has adjusting by-passing system, consisting of spring- loaded valve, spring, adjusting screw, cylindrical dosing enclosure, piston, spring, adjusting screw, under-piston hollow of cylindrical dosing enclosure, draining aperture of under-piston hollow of cylindrical dosing enclosure and under-valve capacitance. Cylindrical dosing enclosure is connected to under- valve capacitance by a by-passing passage, said passage connected to engine casing by a draining aperture. Deferent passage is connected to upper part of cylindrical dosing enclosure by a passage. EFFECT: increased device reliability, lowered noise characteristic and increased operation speed. 3 dwg
