FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine comprises cylinder, piston received in the cylinder and coupled with the crankshaft through a connecting rod, crankcase space connected to the atmosphere trough the outlet valve with the valving member, and by-pass passage which has inlet and outlet openings and is positioned for connecting the crankcase space with combustion chamber when the piston is in bottom dead center. A check valve is mounted in the inlet opening, and the outer opening is provided with a valving member constructed as a cylindric slide bushing coupled with the crankshaft via a ball pivot. This design allows to accumulate a portion of compressed charge in the by-pass passage during one stroke and by- pass doubled portion of charge into the chamber during next compression stroke in the crankcase space. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 12 cl, 7 dwg
