SUBSTANCE: the device has a diode bridge with a semiconductor key opposite connected to its diagonal, the key uses a field-effect transistor and a unit of control and phase cut-off comparators that registers the value of the supply- line voltage and is connected to the first load input, the input terminals of the diode bridge are connected to the second load input and the output of the supply-line voltage. EFFECT: enhanced speed of response of load cut-off at an overvoltage and expansion of functional potentialities. 1 dwg
