FIELD: yeast cell growing process used in yeast production and baking industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing yeast cells to light-emitting diode quantum radiation passed through information methacycline 0.2 mm thick matrix immediately or through walls of processing equipment regardless of material, from which said walls are executed, and of its thickness; providing said action in pulsed mode at pulse repetition frequency of from 2 kHz to 5 kHz and pulse duration of 100-200 ns. EFFECT: intensified fermentation process effectuated without substantial reconstruction of existing processing equipment and simplified procedure for preliminary determination of parameters of informational effect. 10 dwg
