FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing the reinforcing wire element with artificial tooth in anchor teeth cavities using composite material. Preparation is carried out from defect on approximal dental surfaces of the anchor teeth on the extent from pericervical zone to equator. Horizontal supports are built from composite material for the reinforcing element to be set as occlusive wire gauze member. Cavity is formed on vestibular approximate surface at anchor teeth equator level. Groove is produced on the oral surface the whole equator long. Wire gauze is manufactured of rectangular shape with its with being equal to defect length. Transverse wires are removed on the vestibular and oral surface of anchor teeth. The retained wires are divided into parts and twisted together to create flexible bearing beams. After having accomplished testing and correction operations, the occlusive wire gauze is fixed on horizontal supporting members all its length long. The flexible bearing beams are placed in prepared cavity and groove on approximate vestibular and oral surfaces of anchor teeth, respectively. They are fixed there and the absent tooth is reproduced using composite material. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring anatomical shape and function of tooth within one visit to dentist; long service life. 8 cl, 7 dwg
