FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry, and can be applied for teeth restoration/reconstruction in generalised abrasion to 1/3 of crown lengths. It involves digital segmented photofixation of the clinical state of frontal and lateral teeth of the upper and lower jaws making two frontal and four lateral segments respectively. It is followed with the temporary restoration/reconstruction of masticatory surfaces of the premolars combined with restoration of the occlusion height, the temporary restoration/reconstruction of masticatory surfaces of the other lateral teeth, the restoration/reconstruction of the upper frontal teeth starting with the upper central incisor with applying a composite and a mesh-reinforcing element in pairs symmetrically from the central incisors to the canines. Then the restoration/reconstruction of the frontal teeth of the lower jaw follows with applying a composite. The temporary restoration/reconstruction is removed. The final segmented restoration/reconstruction of the crowns of the upper and lower lateral teeth is based on the digital photofixation data of the clinical state of the teeth with the final restoration of the occlusion height of the lateral teeth antagonists in pairs from the right and left sides of dentition, and alignment of the occlusion surface of the lateral teeth from the molars towards the frontal teeth.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce traumatism, to avoid a functional parodentium overload.
