FIELD: medicine; stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves composite coating of maximum layer thickness 1.5 mm within equator applied on vestibular and oral surfaces of abutment teeth. Equator line is temporarily marked over the coating providing thickness 0.3 mm. Thereafter grooves of width 2 mm are made through preparation of composite coating at first to marking line level, and then to coronal hard tooth tissues level. Beams supports made of wire flattened to cross-sectional dimension 0.3×1.2 mm, are fixed in formed grooves. Beams supports are rounded off thus fitting the shape of groove bottom surface. Reinforcing "П"-shaped retaining bracket made of gold-filled metal lath is fixed on beams load-bearing parts. Bracket is positioned on beams load-bearing parts with free ends towards occlusive surface of abutment teeth, fixed with composite rolls on external surfaces of beams load-bearing parts, while their free ends are bent around beams thus completely covering surfaces of their load-bearing parts. After the bracket is fixed on beams load-bearing parts, with using macrofilled composite material, lateral tooth is restored with hollow- semicylinder flushing space catchers preliminary made of polypropylene tube of diameter 10 mm and wall thickness 1 mm, and positioned on the gum.
EFFECT: atraumatic effect on healthy teeth and gum while bridge making and functioning.
