FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for chemical industry and may be used at manufacture of new materials. A coaly material in the form of rods, for example black lead, is exposed to treatment with an electric field strength of 5-50 A/m sq for 30-60 minutes. The treated material is fixed in the robot - manipulator grabs, that are capable to travel in a reaction zone of the operational chamber in three mutually perpendicular directions. A coaly material sublimation into a gas-aerosol phase is realized in a high-temperature field of reaction zone of the operational chamber The produced gas-aerosol phase is kept for 0.001-0.1 s using a turbulence of a stream along the walls of the operational chamber. Then it is removed in a stream of an indifferent gas, being expanded in a cross-section with opening along a lemniscate. An initial divergence angle of boundary surfaces of a stream makes 1-3 dg, the final one - 60 dg. The ring-type streams are formed with the help of the thin-walled diffusers having walls made along lemniscates. Separated and formed the ring-type streams are removed to the filters separators, in cells of which factions C60, C70, C84.-are accumulated separately. A by- product - pyrolytic carbon is removed from the central part , tap from a central part and reused. The particles gathered on a material of filters - separators are simultaneously influenced on with an acoustical field and an electromagnetic field. The indifferent gas used for removal of the fulleren-bearing material from the operational chamber and for its feeding to the filters-separators, at first is passing through a positive allowance between a wall of the chamber and a protective sealing housing. The invention allows to increase purity of fullerens C60 - up to 96.14 %, C70 - up to 96.84 %, C84 - up to 97.415 %.
