FIELD: mechanical engineering; positive displacement rotary machines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine has hollow housing with covers accommodating two blades installed coaxially which divide housing space into four closed chambers. Elimination of horizontal position of blades at combined movement towards each other in process of rotation is provided by changing of design of blade coupling mechanism which consists of two pairs of disks with two larger and smaller diameter with two larger and smaller diameter internal spur gears. Pair of larger gears is installed at both sides of covers between two end face surfaces of hollow cylindrical housings and covers. Pair of smaller gears is provided with solid eccentric shafts at one side hinge-connecting the connecting rods. Cranks and connecting rods are of equal length. Ends of eccentric shafts are rigidly fitted in holes of small disks with the same eccentricity and provided at other side with solid shafts coinciding with axis rotation of solid shafts of smaller gears. Rotation of pairs disks and smaller gears with eccentric shafts hinge-connecting the connecting rods provides planetary movement along ellipse into strictly vertical position at relative movement of blades towards each other in process of rotation.
EFFECT: possibility of use of rotary machine as engine, compressor or pump.
