FIELD: ecological monitoring of natural-anthropogenic geosystems, territories of oil and gas fields, in particular. SUBSTANCE: procedure of local aerial monitoring of geotechnical systems includes survey with maintenance of flight route at altitude up to 500 m with the help of course camera and navigation data, coordinate referencing of aerial photographs with possibility of their subsequent selective retrieval. Course and photographic cameras are set along longitudinal axis of aircraft. Photographic camera is mounted for rotation in horizontal plane and is directed perpendicular to line of photographic tack. Course camera is mounted for rotation in horizontal and vertical planes and is directed on to identification sign at end of line of photographic tack. Under regular photography conditions cameras are so set that their optical axes lie in plane passing through longitudinal axis of aircraft and line of photographic tack. Under condition of wind action photographic tack is maintained by turn of cameras through compensation angle and under interactive conditions cameras are controlled by position of identification sign displayed on airborne video monitors and by navigation data which receipt is synchronized with operation of radiometric and geometric corrections with subsequent compression, storage and recording of frame by frame information in geoinformational data base. Airborne complex for local aerial monitoring of geotechnical systems includes unit of aerial visual examination of object of survey based on course and photographic cameras, unit controlling flight by terrain plan provided with airborne computers and system establishing navigation data based on GPS receiver, transmitters of angles of turn of cameras. Unit of aerial visual examination is connected to unit controlling flight with possibility of synchronous positioning of information from both cameras on video monitors. Unit of aerial visual examination is implemented in the form of damping platform arranged horizontally along longitudinal axis of aircraft. Platform has coaxial immobile and rotary rings, course camera being put on the latter for rotation in vertical plane. Photographic camera is high-resolution TV camera, which is mounted for movement to any ring. Under regular photography conditions photographic camera is so placed on immobile ring that optical axes of both cameras lie in plane passing through longitudinal axis of aircraft and line of photographic tack. Under conditions of wind action photographic camera is put on rotary ring and is developed through compensation angle of wind slip. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, reduced time and expenses for local aerial monitoring of geotechnical systems of linear type. 21 cl, 3 dwg
