The system comprises: a processor unit connected to a device for storing data on real property and technological parameters thereof, a data input device and a control device, as well as a device for controlling and changing technological parameters of the real property, a device for capturing the image of the surface of the earth with the real property, a device for coordinate referencing of significant points on the real property on the photographed surface of the earth, and a unit for sending capturing results and referencing coordinates to the processor unit, configured to convert the obtained data into a graphical form, for subsequent comparison, refinement of technological parameters of the real property obtained during capturing with parameters available in the device for storing data on real property and technological parameters thereof, or for inputting information on a newly detected real property.

EFFECT: more completeness and reliability of data on real property stored in the system.
