FIELD: agriculture, food industry. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cryoconservation technology of juicy plant raw material due to freezing. The present method deals with freezing juicy plant raw material and its storage at freezing temperature. For the purpose to decrease the loss of water- retaining capacity and increase the terms of ultimate terms of storage before freezing plant raw material should be treated with preparation obtained due to successive extracting Pythium ultimum micromycete biomass with nonpolar extragent in supracritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining the first extract with solid residue at the quantity of 1-1•104 mg/t. Then plant raw material should be kept for about 2-5 h. EFFECT: more prolonged ultimate terms of storage.
