FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, obtaining of valuable products including biologically active substances. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding ligneous green mass of fir or solid residue produced upon treatment of ligneous green mass with steam; providing two-staged extraction, first stage involving extracting with the use of liquefied carbonic acid under pressure of 5.8-6.0 MPa for 4-5 hours at temperature of 20-22 C and separating carbonic acid extract, and second stage involving drying of solid residue and extracting with the use of organic solvent, extraction being carried out at temperature of 60-78 C for 2.5-4 hours followed by producing of alcoholic extract.
