FIELD: fat-and-oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises grinding raw material, in particular barking waste, and extracting it with liquefied carbon dioxide for 4-6 h at 20-22оС and pressure 5.8-6.0 MPa followed by extraction of dried solid residue during 2.0-4.0 h with 70-94% ethanol solution at 60-78оС or with water at boiling temperature of solvent.
EFFECT: utilized wood waste, simplified technology, and enabled preparation of carbon dioxide, alcoholic, of aqueous extracts containing various biologically active products.
