FIELD: medicine, phthisiology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, Reaferon is administrated in the dose 3 000 000 IU by rectal route, 2 times per a week, in days using anti-tuberculosis drugs for all course of bactericidal therapy carrying out by intermitting intravenous chemotherapy. Invention promotes to enhancing effectiveness of treatment on background of reducing toxic effect of drugs due to application of reaferon that, in turn, provides reducing the course dose of chemotherapeutic preparations.
