FIELD: controllable liquid spraying including particle/droplet dispersion with the purpose of flow velocity, temperature and concentration measurement on the basis of laser usage; atomic analysis with flame and plasma use; ultra-fine powder production; spray drying for fine particles production; sprayers for sub-micron droplets obtaining, fuel atomizing into combustion chamber where particle dimensions are important. SUBSTANCE: spraying device is formed as heating tube having inlet and outlet ends. Liquid is heated during moving through tube, which results in evaporation thereof at tube outlet when liquid passes into space having low-pressure. Tube is electrically heated by transmission of electrical current with the possibility of quick heating process regulation for droplet diameters change during sprayer operation. Different sprayer embodiments are also presented. EFFECT: possibility of forming particles having diameters within desirable diameter range, possibility of changing droplet diameter range, possibility of setting droplet mean diameter. 23 cl,13 dwg
