FIELD: transport engineering; control of monorail transport electric systems. SUBSTANCE: digital computer complex is connected by communication lines with stationary and mobile control objects with subscriber devices distributed among stations and sections between stations. Transmit-receive antenna in form of tow lengths of radio-radiation cable is distributed along sections between stations and along stations of route. Stationary control objects are grouped into primary, intermediate and terminal network nodes connected in star topology with digital computer complex. Primary and terminal network nodes are provided with transmit-receive access units ensuring two-way communication with radio-radiation cable at different frequencies of signal and with computer complex. Each intermediate network node is provided with pair of transmit-receive access units ensuring two-way communication with radio-radiation cable at the same different frequencies and with computer complex. Access units of adjacent network nodes provide communication with radio-radiation cable at different frequencies. Each mobile control object is furnished with pair of transmit-receive access units providing two-way communication with radio-radiation cable at the same frequencies.
