SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing organic fertilizer from manure in direct vicinity with cattle-breeding farms, for example, cattle, and manure-storing, and waste in production of extracts and glycyrrham from licorice roots. Method involves storing manure to clamps, preliminary heating and the following anaerobic fermentation. After heating manure to temperature (+75)-(+85) C the bischofite sulfate type mother liquor is added to clamp by layers and used for cooling clamp to the fermentation temperature (+53)-(+55) C. Mother liquor is fed to clamp by layer horizontally, by layer with reciprocal distance by 0.3-0.5 m under pressure 0.03-0.08 MPa. The mother liquor consumption is 100-200 l/t of manure. Before addition each ton of organic raw is stirred with 700-800 kg of grist prepared of licorice roots and rhizomes in producing extracts. The realization of invention provides preparing ecologically safety fertilizer saturated with macroelements and trace elements.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable properties of fertilizer.
