METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF HUMUS AND INSTALLATION FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2228321 C2

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of humus and the installation for its realization. The invention is dealt with agriculture, in particular with production of fertilizers out of organic waste materials of cattle breeding, poultry keeping, plant-growing and the waste products of inhabitants vital activity. The Method provides for processing of the organic waste materials with production of a biogas and an organic treatment of the produced mass with the help of worms. The dung of cattle-breeding and-or poultry keeping is loaded with the additives of the plant-growing waste products into methane tanks according to kinds a layer by layer with interleaving of the layers, fill in with the liquid The dung up to the upper level of the organic waste materials, ferment it and reload into the thermostable containers, which are heated using the biogas produced during the fermentation of the organic waste materials. Make consequent organic treatment using the worms of Eisenia foetida kind and unload the finished product from the lower layers of the containers. Then they use the installation, that includes the methane tanks located in rows in a staggered order with the sliding shutters for unloading, a chute type loading conveyor with a chute vibrodrive, a separator and thermostable containers having a perforated bottom and deepened in the ground. Under the methane tanks perforated bottoms there are the heating members linked by pipe lines with the heat exchanger, that is connected by pipe lines of a gas disposal with methane tanks. Under the methane tanks there is an unloading conveyor made in the form of a continuous multibranch chain is located, one branch of which passes through a thermostable container and is located over an elevating conveyor joined with a vibration sieve. The invention allows to reduce power consumption and labor input of the process, to increase reliability of the installation operation and to decrease requirements to the initial raw materials and ambient conditions. EFFECT: reduced power consumption and labor input of the process, increased reliability of the installation operation and decreased requirements to the initial raw materials and ambient conditions. 15 cl, 3 dwg _
