Abstract RU 2786219 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method for complex processing of organic waste is characterized by the fact that it includes the formation of a mixture for composting containing straw, cattle manure and organic filler, and populated by the compost worm Eisenia Foetida, composting is carried out in heaps formed from a mixture for composting of the following composition: chopped straw - 30±5% volume; stale manure for at least six months - 50±5% of the volume; organic filler in the form of crushed herbs - 10±5% of the volume, caustobiolite mixture - 10±5% of the volume, followed by the settlement of the compost worm Eisenia Foetida into these heaps, which is subsequently separated from the resulting vermicompost, filled with water and aged to extract the microflora from it by water extraction, after which the colloidal solution of the intestinal contents of the worm obtained as a result of water extraction is shaken and drained through a fine sieve into a separate container, and the vermicompost freed from the worm is subjected to cavitation dispersion in a sealed container and filled with water in the amount of 500 liters of water per 100 liters of vermicompost, then stirred for 15-20 minutes to obtain an opaque dark brown liquid mixture, in which, after one day, a colloidal solution of the intestinal contents of the worm is added, and the resulting composition is settled for 2 days, after which a liquid structured aqueous extract is separated from the dense sediment, which settles for 3 weeks and is poured into a container, and the mentioned dense sediment is diluted with water to a creamy state and drained into a centrifuge for separation and dehydration to values of 30-40% moisture content, and the dehydrated bioorganic concentrate obtained as a result of separation is packed into a container as an organic fertilizer.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure almost complete extraction of the microflora of the compost worm Eisenia Foetida into biological preparations, improve the fertility of agricultural land, and reduce the time for complex processing of raw material
