TECHNOLOGY OF REPAIR OF CABLE MANHOLES Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: repair of concrete structures, construction of cable-conduit lines and reinforced concrete structures of collectors and tunnels. SUBSTANCE: technology of repair of cable manholes consists in application of protective composition to damaged surface of concrete cable manholes. Prior to application of protective composition cleaned surface of damaged areas is wetted, is primed by application of liquid solution containing calmatron and water in one to one ratio. Protective composition carries calmatron, cement, sand and water with proportion of cement, sand and calmatron equal to 1:2:3 volume parts. Amount of water in protective composition depends on degree of water content in used sand. Above-mentioned damaged areas are wetted by means of brush or spray gun. Rubbing over can smooth applied protective composition and joints between members of structure of specified cable manholes can be sealed. EFFECT: reduced labor input and time to repair operations, raised quality of repair of damaged concrete cable manholes both in process of their installation and operation of active cable lines. 5 cl, 1 dwg
