FIELD: oil and gas extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: device has body with radial passages, stop, lower and upper compacting members and a saddle. Body has a mandrel at lower portion. Radial passages of body are placed above the mandrel and are covered by a valve. Valve is made in form of manacle ring of elastic material with a stopping ring. Mandrel is in contact with lower compacting element, and the valve is in contact with a stop. Concentrically to the body, inside it, a cylinder is placed with perforated tang. Cylinder is made with radial apertures, radial passages and inner ring-shaped recess. In that radial apertures fixing balls are placed, said balls engaging ring-shaped spherical recess of a stop by one side. Concentrically to the cylinder a coupling rod is mounted having upper stop on outer surface and radial passages located below, and also having outer ring- shaped recess and middle ring-shaped stop. Said ring-shaped stop is fixed on the coupling rod by means of shear element, and has outer longitudinal recesses and stops on outer and inner surfaces. Saddle is mounted inside the cylinder and interacts with it through fixing balls and shear elements. Saddle is made with radial passages and outer ring-shaped recess. Upper compacting element is mounted on the coupling rod between middle ring-shaped stop and stopping bushing with radial passages. Stopping bushing is mounted in front of radial passages of coupling rod and is equipped with a stopping ring. EFFECT: high reliability and durability of intertubular space disconnection. 4 cl, 3 dwg
