FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: development device of oil well equipped with hollow shear plugs involves stock with radial channels, which is equipped with a bushing along outer surface and connected from above to pipe string, connection pipe with shear funnel at the bottom, packer and valve seat. Packer includes sealing element inserted into the housing with possibility of restricted axial downward movement, and stepped housing. Housing is rigidly connected from below to connection pipe; from above it has the possibility of interaction with sealing element, and from inside it is fixed with locking mechanism relative to the stock. Bushing is rigidly connected to the stock and has the possibility of being supported from above on sealing element that is arranged outside the stock. Annular recess is made in the housing from inside. Valve seat is located in hollow cylinder with annular groove on outer surface, which is inserted into the stock with possibility of restricted downward movement and fixed relative to it with shear element. At that, locking mechanism is made in the form of balls inserted into radial channels of the stock, which interact from the outside with annular groove of the housing, and from the inside - with hollow cylinder below annular groove, and provided with possibility of interaction with annular groove of hollow cylinder at its downward movement and no further interaction with annular groove of the housing. Under shear funnel there located is hollow shell with collet centraliser from above, which has the possibility of being supported on the bottom connected by means of a rod to shear funnel.

EFFECT: improving the device reliability, shortening the time for performance of operations in the well and reducing the material consumption of the device.
