FIELD: construction engineering; erection and repair of different pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration-insulating insert includes flexible member-branch pipe, joint for connection of branch pipe with sections of pipe line, cylindrical anti-bulging unit of flexible member made from steel wire rope. Cylindrical anti-bulging unit is sectional in form; ends of sections are made integral with fittings embracing them; they may be made from one length of wire rope laid in zigzag pattern in parallel with longitudinal axis over generatrix of flexible member. Joint connecting the branch pipe with sections of pipe line is embraced partially or fully separately or together with cylindrical anti-bulging unit which protects flexible member absorbing and spattering oscillatory energy in pipe line.
